How We work

1) Connect with Us

I know you’ve been dreaming of this vacation, so now it’s time to put it into words. Please fill out the Inquiry Form and let me know your vision for your trip.

2) Schedule Your Free Consult

Once your Inquiry Form has been received, you'll receive a link to schedule your 30 minute complimentary call. During this call we will have a chance to meet and discuss your vacation more in-depth. I will then send you a trip proposal before moving on to the coordination process.

3) Coordination Process

This is the part where your dream vacation comes to life! During the coordination process we will go through a couple rounds of editing your proposal. My goal is that you get the most value for your time and money spent, so I encourage open communication to help me best design the trip you had in mind.

4) On Your Way

Once you have approved the final edits of the proposal I will move on to officially booking each element of your trip. From there I will send you updates, and do a final walk-through call with you 3-4 weeks prior to your departure. At this point you will receive everything you need - from completed itinerary to travel documents. You will have access to me before, during and after your vacation. And all you have left to do at this point is to enjoy your trip!
